Hands on with the official Vine app for Windows Phone

Information technology'southward finally here. Silently appear back in July and mentioned once again at Nokia World, the official Vine app is now bachelor at the Windows Phone store. We've been using 3rd-political party apps like 6sec and Viner for a while now, but information technology feels keen to finally have the official app at the store.
